Delete your account

Two ways to permanently remove your Nyrax account and data.

In the app (immediate)

This is the fastest route and takes effect straight away.

1. Open Nyrax and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account is removed immediately.

By email (no app needed)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email support@nyrax.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Nyrax account”.

We verify that the request came from the account holder and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following from our servers: your account and login, your profile and fitness profile (including any injuries you recorded), your saved workouts, your full workout history, the AI Coach’s saved notes about you, and your support messages.

Data cached on your device is removed when you uninstall the app. Residual copies inside encrypted backups are overwritten within 90 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — we cannot restore an account or its training history afterwards.

Your subscription

Subscriptions are held by Apple or Google, not by us, so deleting your account does not cancel one. To stop further billing, cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings before you delete.
